Qualifications

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Can push and pull wheeled dollies up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site leadership on quality and Customer Experience metrics.
• Streamline logistics in the operation through standard work and team leadership.
• Support and commit to all safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
