Raymond West is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead a team of drivers and support staff in heavy haul operations. You will supervise, coach, and develop drivers, ensure safety and compliance with DOT/FMCSA rules, and coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and operations to optimize service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on supervision, and ability to travel as needed to support training, onboarding, and field operations. A CDL and supervisory experience are essential.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial driving experience, preferably heavy haul.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience in transportation or logistics.
• Experience with DOT, FMCSA, Hours of Service, ELDs, and compliance programs.
• Experience with heavy haul equipment, oversized loads, permits, and route planning.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff in assigned area, plan and assign projects, and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate staff development and training programs.
• Manage timecards using the Time and Attendance system.
• Develop and oversee programs, policies, and procedures.
• Lead safety, accountability, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and coordinate with HR and operations.
