Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an experienced Transportation Supervisor to lead and optimize heavy haul transportation operations. Qualifications

• CDL is required and at least five years of commercial driving experience.
• Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience in transportation.
• Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, Hours of Service (HOS), ELD, and permitting requirements.
• Experience in heavy haul, specialized transportation, or equipment logistics.
• Strong leadership and employee development skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee daily heavy haul transportation activities and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA/HOS/ELD and safety regulations.
• Monitor fleet utilization and transportation performance metrics.
• Collaborate with dispatch, logistics, sales, and project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and service quality.
