Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor in Houston to oversee daily operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise while meeting productivity and service goals.

You will lead, train, and develop team members, ensure compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations, monitor workflow, and drive continuous improvement across receiving, stocking, order processing, shipping, and related functions.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflow to meet operational deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and general materials handling processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, routing systems, or AS400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution center operations for supervised area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach distribution center team members while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor departmental workflow and staffing levels to ensure daily operational goals and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with O’Reilly operational procedures, safety standards, and DOT regulations if applicable.
• Oversee inbound and outbound merchandise processes to ensure proper receiving, stocking, processing, and delivery.
