Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is hiring a Transportation Specialist for the day shift in Rossville, TN. The role oversees CDL driver activities, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinates deliveries while collaborating with the engineering team to address capacity needs.

Responsibilities include performance monitoring, incident reporting, and effective communication with customers and leadership. Proficiency in MS 365 and TMS platforms is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment.
• Ensure transportation activities are safe and compliant with DOT/OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate timely pickups and deliveries and monitor performance.
• Maintain transportation records and use TMS and reporting tools.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering to address capacity needs.
