Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist to oversee the day‑to‑day activities of assigned Class A CDL drivers and company equipment, ensuring safe, efficient operations in line with policy and regulatory requirements.

The role coordinates pickups/deliveries, monitors performance, and maintains accurate TMS records, while collaborating with engineering to address capacity and service needs. Leadership responsibilities include coaching and documenting performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in management, business, logistics, transportation, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment.
• Ensure transportation activities are safe, compliant, and efficient.
• Coordinate pickups/deliveries and monitor driver/asset performance.
• Maintain transportation records in TMS and related systems.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and leadership about service issues.
• Address capacity needs with engineering to improve efficiency.
• Coach and discipline drivers per company policy.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports and documentation.
• Utilize TMS/SSRS tools for KPI tracking and decision support.
