Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist to oversee the day-to-day activities of assigned Class A CDL drivers and company equipment.

You will coordinate timely pickups and deliveries, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies. You will work closely with the engineering team to address capacity needs, resolve service issues, and support operational efficiency, while leading attendance, equipment assignments, and KPI tracking across

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in management, logistics, transportation, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment.
• Ensure transportation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with DOT and company policies.
• Monitor driver and asset performance and manage attendance and equipment assignments.
• Maintain transportation records in the TMS and communicate with drivers, customers and leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering to address capacity needs and improve operational efficiency.
