Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist to oversee day-to-day activities of assigned Class A CDL drivers and company equipment. You will coordinate pickups/deliveries, monitor performance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across DOT/OSHA standards.

Work with engineering to address capacity, manage attendance, and maintain accurate TMS records while communicating with drivers, customers, and leadership to uphold service quality.

Formación

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation or related field required.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily activities of Class A CDL drivers and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA and company policies.
• Monitor driver performance and KPI metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering on capacity and service planning.
• Maintain transportation records and generate reports.
• Lead coaching, disciplinary actions, and driver development.
