Qualifications

• Experience in transportation supervision or management.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety guidelines.
• Proven leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with Excel/Word/Access.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and Transportation staff; assist management with scheduling and daily operations.
• Plan routes and loads to optimize efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company and DOT guidelines; manage driver assignments.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and store personnel to align delivery timing.
• Maintain positive relations with store management and customers; handle special requests.
• Complete and review DOT mileage reporting; support training and qualifications for drivers.
