Qualifications

• Experience supervising drivers and coordinating logistics in a distribution environment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to read route maps and use routing software.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with scheduling and timekeeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily work direction to drivers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor and adjust load assignments to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain routes and use routing software to improve efficiency.
• Create and approve driver schedules and track timekeeping.
• Prepare operational reports and KPI metrics.
• Maintain relationships with members and customers to ensure service.
• Train and coach drivers on procedures and safety.
• Collaborate with fleet maintenance for equipment upkeep.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
