Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely service.
• Maintain accurate DOT records, driver logs, and vehicle inspection reports.
• Serve as the main contact for drivers and dispatch, resolving delivery issues promptly.
• Generate and distribute transportation performance and cost reports.
• Manage billing paperwork, fuel card tracking, and other operational documentation.
• Help implement safety programs and monitor adherence to FMCSA and company standards.
