• Provide daily customer management including onboarding, retention, and development of clients.
• Assist in capturing new business opportunities and work with staff on proposals and negotiations.
• Acquire and manage staff equipment and items needed to perform trips.
• Monitor new regulations affecting transportation and help implement them.
• Assist in finding and developing relationships with local and national transportation providers.
• Communicate and negotiate proposed routes with local service providers during startup.
