Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• CT Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• Substantial years of designing highway and roadway projects.
• Expertise with project management in delivering infrastructure projects for CTDOT.

Responsibilities

• Lead highway/roadway projects as the Transportation Market Leader from concept to detailed design.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to meet schedules and budgets.
• Develop, maintain and advance CTDOT client relationships and strategic account plans.
• Support sales leads with account strategy, go/no-go decisions and pursuits.
• Identify teaming partners and lead major pursuit activities with sales.
