Job summary

GM2 Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead complex roadway, highway, and multimodal projects for CTDOT and public-sector clients in the Connecticut and Northeast region.

The candidate will manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and client expectations, mentor teams, and contribute to business development while coordinating with a broad range of stakeholders across the transportation discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and CT PE license.
• 10+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience.
• Experience delivering CTDOT/COG and municipal projects.
• PM experience with scope, schedule, budget and staffing.
• Strong client management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway, highway, and multimodal projects from planning through construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, and client expectations.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with subconsultants, utilities, and agencies.
• Provide technical leadership and QA/QC oversight for transportation projects.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development.
