Jacobs is seeking a Transportation Market Leader to guide highway and roadway projects from concept through detailed design. You will lead a multi‑discipline team, manage budgets and schedules, and advance business development with CTDOT and other stakeholders.
Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree, a PE, and substantial highway design experience, with proven leadership in project delivery and client engagement in a hybrid work environment.

As a key member of our team, you’ll have the chance to work on challenging projects as the Transportation Market Leader for highway and roadway projects – planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design. You will be leading a multi‑discipline design team to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies.
Complete relationship‑based sales training, maintain a general understanding of services offered by Jacobs, keep up to date with company news, developments, acquisitions/mergers, and remain aligned with overall corporate strategy.

The base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $250,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by location and additional factors such as job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
