Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.
- Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
- Experience as a driver is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety-first culture in the Transportation department.
- Oversee and develop drivers and Transportation associates through coaching and training.
- Discuss performance with Sr. Transportation Managers and address gaps with improvement plans.
- Foster upward communication and motivate the team to meet department goals.
- Direct and supervise work of drivers and clerical staff; drive engagement and retention.
