Qualifications

• 6–12 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to operate corporate systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver relationships to meet home time, payroll, and equipment needs.
• Partner with Dedicated and Associate Logistics Managers to optimize driver loads.
• Align with customer dynamics in service expectations to improve Werner's value.
• Interface with billing, vans, customer service, risk, safety, payroll, fuel, maintenance, and vendors.
• Collaborate with managers to maintain a full driver board.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Dedicated Logistics Manager.
• Maintain timely attendance per shift schedule.
