Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the branch drivers and routing staff
• Hire, train, and develop direct reports
• Ensure OSHA/DOT/FMCSA regulatory compliance
• Schedule and assign work with necessary materials and documents
• Oversee equipment, trucks, and preventative maintenance
• Monitor daily deliveries to meet customer time commitments
• Ensure timely deliveries with minimal product damage
• Conduct driver certifications and safety briefings
• Maintain communication with drivers, warehouse staff, sales, and customers
• Coordinate with lease providers for reports like mileage
• Lead daily/weekly driver meetings
• Review routing configurations for cost control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transportation with business goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
