Responsibilities

• Manage traffic and shipment planning, packing, labeling and hazardous materials certification
• Oversee Mail Centers, Mail Containment Facility, and Mobile Distribution Services operations
• Issue Bills of Lading and supervise dispatching, routing, or tracking of transportation vehicles
• Monitor expenses and prepare management recommendations and schedules
