Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Logistics professional to oversee domestic and international traffic operations. You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, work with carriers, reconcile freight bills, and ensure timely, cost-efficient movement of goods for multiple programs.

The role requires experience in supply chain or traffic management, familiarity with TMS systems, and the ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have Supply Chain or Traffic or Shipping or Warehousing experience.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) applications.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for domestic and international traffic operations on site and escalate issues in program execution.
• Prepare and tender SOFO-10 for multiple programs and classified programs or other government forms.
• Submit DD250’s to WAWF and tender shipments using DTMS, ITMS, and FedEx online application.
• Coordinate dedicated truck shipments for programs and classified shipments.
• Respond to client needs by answering emails, calls, tracking shipments.
• Monitor on-time pick-up and delivery and support Shipping/Receiving as needed.
• Research and resolve customer or supplier issues.
