Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience in contract administration with knowledge in the traffic management field preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Owns all traffic management processes including shipment planning and traffic management duties.
• Plans and administers Mail Centers, Mail Containment Facility, and Mobile Distribution Services.
• Issuing officer for Bills of Lading and directs dispatching, routing, or tracking of transportation vehicles.
• Monitors spending to ensure alignment with budgets; makes management recommendations.
