The role requires 3+ years in transportation/delivery, 1+ year of leadership, and a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred). A base salary ranges from $60,000 to $95,000 with potential annual incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused culture within Transportation and related teams.
• Coach and develop drivers and associates; address performance gaps.
• Supervise workload and productivity of Transportation staff.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safe, cost-efficient operations.
• Plan shifts and schedule using planning tools and Excel.
