Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of transportation/delivery operations, methods and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Strong understanding of DOT requirements; familiarity with OSHA/regulatory rules.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to maintain injury-free operations.
• Oversee and develop drivers and Transportation associates through coaching.
• Set plans to address performance gaps and improve service.
• Direct supervisor responsibilities for drivers and clerical staff.
• Monitor goals; ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction; DOT compliance.
• Schedule shifts using planning tools; participate in interviews/hiring.
