Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery & Service department with staff recruitment and retention.
• Provide coaching, performance appraisals, and compensation guidance.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards across operations.
• Develop departmental plans, budgets, and cost-control measures.
• Oversee routing, scheduling, and driver training programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with franchisees, vendors, and stores.
