Job summary

Shamrock Trading Corporation and RTS Insurance Solutions seek an experienced Sales Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Transportation Insurance division. This role leads a service team and partners with sales leadership to drive growth and service excellence for trucking clients.

You will oversee client service, policy administration, and renewals, while implementing scalable processes, monitoring market developments, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial insurance experience in transportation, trucking, or fleet operations.
• Experience managing agency operations, quality control, and service teams.
• Ability to build business relationships with carriers, underwriters, wholesalers and agency partners.
• Knowledge of policy administration, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and loss runs.
• Familiarity with Applied Epic, AMS360, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily division operations including client service, policy administration, and renewals.
• Develop and improve operational processes to support growth and profitability.
• Analyze trends to improve performance, productivity and scalability.
• Oversee policy servicing: endorsements, audits, renewals, certificates, account maintenance.
• Monitor renewal pipelines and servicing workflows for timely execution and retention.
• Maintain relationships with carriers, underwriters, wholesalers, and agency partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and carrier guidelines.
