Job summary

Shamrock Trading Corporation and RTS Insurance Solutions seek an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead the Commercial Transportation Insurance division. You’ll oversee the Service Team—Account Managers, Account Specialists, and Market Placement Specialists—to support Producers and grow the book.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in commercial transportation insurance operations, strong process improvement skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

3+ years of commercial transportation insurance operations experience.
Experience managing agency operations, quality control, and service teams.
Ability to develop scalable operational processes and drive efficiency.
Strong knowledge of policy administration, endorsements, and renewals.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the division including client service, policy administration, and renewals.
Develop and improve operational processes to support growth and profitability.
Analyze trends to improve performance, productivity, and scalability.
Oversee policy servicing activities including endorsements and audits.
Build relationships with carriers, underwriters, and agency partners.
Ensure compliance with procedures, licensing standards, and guidelines.
