You’ll present tailored coverage, build lasting relationships, and cross-sell other Shamrock services to improve client outcomes.

A strong sales background and licensed producer credentials are required for success.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in sales, business development, and client retention, preferably in the commercial transportation insurance space.
• Must possess a valid state insurance producer license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of clients, accounts and priorities efficiently.
• Goal-driven with the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

Aufgaben

• Identify, prospect and secure new commercial clients through networking, cold calling, referrals and lead generation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing service, policy reviews and ensuring their evolving insurance needs are met.
• Present tailored insurance options to clients and negotiate terms to secure business.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients by recommending additional coverage options and services.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the department and the company.
