Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Transportation Insurance Operations Manager to lead and optimize the Transportation team. This role focuses on operational excellence, scalable processes, and exceptional client experiences.

The successful candidate will coach teams, manage budgets and resources, and drive performance through data-driven decisions while ensuring compliance and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Commercial insurance, financial services, or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement operational strategies, process improvements, and workflow enhancements that drive efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
• Develop, coach, and engage team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and client-focused service.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs, dashboards, and business metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Manage operational resources, workforce planning, budgets, and expenses to support business objectives and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and operational best practices while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Support client retention and business growth initiatives through exceptional service delivery and resolution of complex client issues.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align operational priorities, improve business outcomes, and support organizational growth.
• Champion process optimization, automation, and technology adoption initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.
