Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Transportation Insurance Operations Manager to join its growing Commercial Insurance Transportation team. The Manager will execute operational strategies, strengthen processes, and champion client and colleague experiences, aligning with Acrisure's performance culture.
This role will lead teams, manage KPIs, budgets, and compliance, and drive continuous improvement while supporting client retention.

We are seeking a Commercial Transportation Insurance Operations Manager to join our growing Commercial Insurance Transportation team. The Manager role contributes to the overall health and success of the organization by executing operational strategies and strengthening processes and procedures that drive service excellence, business performance, and exceptional client and colleague experiences. This role serves as a champion of Acrisure’s performance culture, operational excellence, and client‑focused values.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Commercial insurance, financial services, professional services, or a related industry. Experience in Commercial Insurance Transportation is highly preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and talent development. Experience overseeing operational resources, workforce planning, and budget management. Experience supporting business development, client retention, and growth initiatives. Relevant industry licenses, certifications, or designations highly preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
