Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Transportation Insurance Operations Manager to join its growing Commercial Insurance Transportation team. The Manager will execute operational strategies, strengthen processes, and champion client and colleague experiences, aligning with Acrisure's performance culture.

This role will lead teams, manage KPIs, budgets, and compliance, and drive continuous improvement while supporting client retention.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Proven ability to lead and coach high-performing teams.
• Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
• Analyze performance metrics and leverage data to improve operational results.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategies and workflow enhancements that drive efficiency, scalability and service quality.
• Develop, coach, and engage team members while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to drive improvement.
