Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Transportation Insurance Operations Manager to join our Commercial Insurance Transportation team. The role drives operational strategies, improves processes, and delivers exceptional client and colleague experiences across the organization.

• Active Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement operational strategies, process improvements, and workflow enhancements that drive efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
• Develop, coach, and engage team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and client-focused service.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs, dashboards, and business metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Manage operational resources, workforce planning, budgets, and expenses to support business objectives and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and operational best practices while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Support client retention and business growth initiatives through exceptional service delivery and resolution of complex client issues.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align operational priorities, improve business outcomes, and support organizational growth.
• Champion process optimization, automation, and technology adoption initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.
