Job summary

Acrisure Midwest Partners Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial Transportation Insurance Operations Manager to lead operational strategies and optimize processes within our Commercial Insurance Transportation team.

The role focuses on coaching high‑performing teams, driving data‑driven decisions, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional client service. Travel up to 25% is required, with a preference for candidates holding an active P&C license and a business‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Commercial insurance, financial services, professional services, or related industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and talent development.
• Experience overseeing operational resources, workforce planning, and budget management.
• Experience supporting business development, client retention, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement operational strategies, process improvements, and workflow enhancements that drive efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
• Develop, coach, and engage team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and client‑focused service.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs, dashboards, and business metrics to drive informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Manage operational resources, workforce planning, budgets, and expenses to support business objectives and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and operational best practices while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Support client retention and business growth initiatives through exceptional service delivery and resolution of complex client issues.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to align operational priorities, improve business outcomes, and support organizational growth.
• Champion process optimization, automation, and technology adoption initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.
