Job summary

HDR in Washington D.C. is seeking a Management Consulting Analyst to support funding evaluation, grant strategies, strategic planning, and innovative project delivery analysis for national infrastructure programs.

Analysts will conduct financial planning, data analysis, and client presentations, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams on transportation projects from planning through operations and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning, Economics, Public Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Active participant in our employee-owned culture is required.
• Strong written communication skills and budgeting/ CIP experience preferred.
• Public-Private Partnership knowledge or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and assist in evaluating funding sources and program requirements and help write technical documents for transportation projects.
• Support market, demographic, economic, and land use analyses to inform infrastructure planning.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to support client recommendations and present findings clearly.
• Evaluate market trends and development activity to assess opportunities and risks.
• Support feasibility analyses and grant applications and assist in developing procurement guidelines.
