Qualifications

• 7 years related experience.
• At least 2 years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct project communication and engagement strategy and plans.
• Define messaging strategy for talking points, media releases, social media, project materials, and video scripts.
• Manage formal and informal public meetings, hearings, open houses, workshops, and advisory committees.
• Oversee meeting logistics and vendor management.
• Direct schedules and project plans.
• Oversee outreach materials and collaboration with social media, web, graphics, and video teams.
• Direct development of stakeholder lists and comment management databases.
• Oversee documentation of outreach activities and reporting.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Independently represent HDR in client meetings.
