This executive role focuses on building long-term partnerships with public agencies, pursuing major transportation opportunities, and aligning development efforts with firm capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Planning, or related field.
• Experience in business development, capture management, or strategic growth in transportation/infrastructure.
• Established relationships with NJDOT/NJ Transit/NJ Turnpike Authority.
• Knowledge of public procurement, qualifications-based selection, and transportation consulting.
• Proven success developing opportunities and supporting contract wins.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with transportation agencies, public-sector clients, and industry partners.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead capture strategies for major transportation pursuits.
• Partner with leadership to align business development with firm capabilities and goals.
• Expand Techno's presence throughout New Jersey and the Philadelphia region.
• Monitor transportation funding, procurement pipelines, and market trends.
• Represent the firm at industry events, agency meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Support client satisfaction, account growth, and long-term partnerships.
