Job summary

Techno is seeking a Vice President of Engineering Transportation, Growth & Strategy to lead strategic growth across New Jersey and the surrounding region from Princeton. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Planning, or related field.
• Experience in business development, capture management, or strategic growth within transportation or infrastructure in the AEC industry.
• Established relationships with agencies such as NJDOT, NJ Transit, or the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
• Knowledge of public procurement, qualifications-based selection, and transportation consulting.
• Proven success developing opportunities and supporting contract wins.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

COMPENSATION

The anticipated compensation range for this position is between $200,000/yr-$225,000/yr. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
