• Experience in business development, capture management, or strategic growth in transportation/infrastructure.
• Established relationships with NJDOT/NJ Transit/NJ Turnpike Authority.
• Knowledge of public procurement, qualifications-based selection, and transportation consulting.
• Proven success developing opportunities and supporting contract wins.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

COMPENSATION

The anticipated compensation range for this position is between $200,000/yr-$225,000/yr . Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
