• Schedule and dispatch trucking jobs in Carlin, NV.
• Adapt to last-minute changes with clear communication to drivers, customers and management.
• Monitor driver performance and KPI attainment.
• Maximize fleet efficiency while ensuring a safe workplace.
• Maintain DOT compliance knowledge and apply it to operations.
• Track work tickets for invoicing and billing.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and Hydro Blast/Vac Truck Manager on transportation needs.
• Optimize asset utilization to control costs and improve profitability.
