The West Virginia Department of Highways (WVDOH) District 4 is seeking a qualified Resurfacing Coordinator to manage the daily operations, business practices, and team within our Resurfacing Section. In this key leadership role, you will supervise administrative and inspection staff, review project plans and proposals for adherence to WVDOH specifications, oversee field inspections and contractor payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping in tracking databases such as SiteManager and ProjectWise. Candidates must possess strong supervisory construction experience, a solid working knowledge of WVDOH standard highway construction and maintenance practices, and active Transportation Engineering Technologist certification through the West Virginia Technician Board. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Employees functioning as a licensed land surveyor must have a current state license from the State Board of Examiners for Land.
