The West Virginia Division of Highways (WVDOH) is seeking a dynamic, vision-driven Transportation Engineer 4 to serve as a high-level technical expert and leader across our District operations.
As a Transportation Engineer 4, you won't just oversee projects—you will lead key district operational areas. You will play an active role in shaping state infrastructure, signing and sealing high-visibility engineering deliverables, and solving complex real-world engineering challenges.
This position will report to the District 9 Headquarters in Greenbrier County.

Preferred experience: At least three (3) years of post-licensure experience performing complex design/construction management or supervisory engineering duties.
