Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three to five years of related experience preferred.
• Class A or B CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements.
• Ability to pass medical examination.
• Must obtain or hold required endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone for transportation and serve as first contact for parents and the public.
• Assist with customer service, billing, and payroll tasks.
• Maintain bus routes and student data in routing program.
• Operate and supervise substitute school bus drivers as needed.
• Coordinate with Transportation Manager to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Read maps and follow route/trip logs.
