Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign daily routes for field delivery teams based on open orders.
• Plan routes 3–5 days in advance to optimize efficiency and on-time deliveries.
• Prioritize and resolve issues encountered during daily routes to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate emergencies and short-notice requests and adjust routes accordingly.
• Communicate route issues to sales and work with digital teams to improve routing applications.
• Maintain accurate proof-of-delivery records and reports for timely payments.
