Job summary

Harlow is seeking a part-time transportation dispatcher to support school operations in Montana. The role focuses on coordinating communication between drivers, parents, and school personnel, and ensuring timely updates to routes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in transportation management or dispatching is preferred.
• Familiarity with logistics processes a plus.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with drivers, parents, school personnel and customers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications with parents about consequences.
• Collaborate with the School Bus Supervisor to communicate route changes.
• Use phones and radios to communicate with drivers.
• Print route changes and distribute to drivers and aides in a timely manner.
