You will coordinate driver routes, check-ins, and DVIRs while ensuring compliance with FMCSR and providing excellent service to clients. A valid license is required with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 1 year of dispatching experience in transportation.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Check in drivers, assign daily routes, and address questions.
• Monitor driver routes, tracking time, check-ins, rerouting, and completion.
• Communicate with drivers using GPS and phones, adhering to FMCSR.
• Document activities using manual/electronic systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Interact courteously with clients.
• Provide initial support to drivers during incidents and escalate as needed.
• Ensure drivers submit accurate daily logs and reports.
