Responsibilities

• Check in drivers, assign daily routes, and address questions.
• Monitor driver routes, tracking time, check-ins, rerouting, and completion.
• Communicate with drivers using GPS and phones, adhering to FMCSR.
• Document activities using manual/electronic systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Interact courteously with clients.
• Provide initial support to drivers during incidents and escalate as needed.
• Ensure drivers submit accurate daily logs and reports.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

• Check in drivers, assign daily routes, and address any questions


• Monitor driver routes, tracking time, check-ins, rerouting, and completion


• Communicate with drivers using tools like GPS and phones, adhering to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR)


• Document activities using both manual and electronic systems


• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations


• Interact courteously and professionally with clients


• Provide initial support to drivers during incidents, escalating issues as needed


• Ensure drivers submit accurate daily logs, complete DVIRs, report maintenance issues, and follow other required procedures

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• 1 year of experience dispatching in the transportation industry

DRIVING REQUIREMENT:

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required

PAY RATE:

Hotard Shuttle offers an hourly rate starting at $22 per hour based on experience.
