Job summary

Hotard Shuttle currently seeks CDL drivers with a Passenger (P) endorsement to transport essential workers across Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana. Starting pay is $26.00 per hour with guaranteed shift pay and a $1500.00 referral bonus, plus weekly paychecks.

We offer a structured schedule with local routes, home daily, and opportunities for advancement as we grow our operations in the Port Arthur, Beaumont, Sulphur and Lake Charles areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial or bus driving experience preferred, but not required.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass a background check.
• CDL Class A or B with Passenger (P) endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from designated work sites.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Represent Hotard Shuttle with professionalism and pride.
