Job summary

Hotard Shuttle is hiring CDL drivers with a Passenger endorsement to transport essential workers across Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana.

Starting pay $26.00 per hour with guaranteed shift pay, weekly paychecks, and a $1500.00 driver referral bonus. Local routes keep drivers home daily, with steady year-round work and growth opportunities at Hotard.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with Passenger (P) endorsement.
• 2+ years of commercial or bus driving experience preferred, but not required.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass a background check.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from designated work sites.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Represent Hotard Shuttle with professionalism and pride.
