Job summary

Legacy Transportation in Salt Lake City, UT is hiring a Transportation Coordinator to plan, dispatch, and manage daily freight operations for the fleet. You will serve as the primary contact for owner operators, ensuring loads are picked up and delivered safely and on time while complying with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities include dispatching, load optimization, operator support, and proactive communication with customers and internal teams to maintain high service levels and equipment

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dispatch, carrier sales, or transportation preferred.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
