• Experience using dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch company drivers for pickups, deliveries, and transfers.
• Develop and adjust daily delivery schedules based on priorities and resources.
• Monitor transportation activity to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain communication with drivers to meet service expectations.
• Oversee high-value and time-sensitive shipments with visibility and accuracy.
• Identify delays and operational risks; ensure proper documentation and tracking.
• Provide updates to internal stakeholders and customers on status.
• Support loading, readiness, and planning with warehouse teams.
• Resolve transportation issues promptly and document resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations.
