Job summary

The Martin-Brower Company, LLC is seeking a Dispatcher in Walker, LA to monitor driver hours, oversee driver routes, perform check-ins, collect payroll forms, and manage high-volume inbound calls. The role requires a GED or high school diploma with 0–1+ years of related experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors Class A Delivery Driver hours and oversees the route of field Delivery Drivers and tracks delivery status of products.
• As a Dispatcher, you will perform driver check ins, collect payroll forms, and perform data entry.
• You will manage a high volume of inbound calls for both emergency and non-emergency situations, potentially dispatch replacement drivers and handle issuing and collecting key.
• Other duties as assigned.
